Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the HiCouple social networking service.

1.2. Using the service implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Registration and Account

2.1. Any individual who is at least 13 years old can become a user.

2.2. During registration, users must provide accurate personal data.

2.3. The user is obligated to protect their account access credentials.

2.4. The email address provided during registration is subject to verification by clicking on a link sent to the provided address or by entering a confirmation code on the website.

3. Rules for Using the Service

3.1. The user agrees to comply with the law and show respect toward other users.

3.2. It is prohibited to publish content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

3.3. The Administrator may remove content that violates these terms and block accounts that breach the rules.

3.4. The service is based on completing a "social test," the results of which can be compared with other users.

The test can be completed without registration, but the result is only temporarily saved and may disappear. To save the result permanently, the user must register by providing:
a) name,
b) email,
c) profile name (username),
and optionally a password. If the user does not provide a password, it will be automatically generated and sent to their email.

4. Liability

4.1. The user is fully responsible for the content they publish.

4.2. The Administrator is not responsible for content published by users.

4.3. The Administrator is not responsible for how users interpret the results or for their use if the results were generated based on data provided by the user.

5. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

5.1. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions.

5.2. Users will be informed of changes through the service.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. For matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

6.2. Any disputes arising from the use of the service will be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Administrator's registered office.
